Shape the building.

Open walls, lean-tos and flatwork update the model immediately.

Wrap-around porch

Covers two adjoining sides as one continuous porch.

Lean-to

Select any sides — you can have more than one.

Skirting

Wraps the perimeter and automatically breaks around every door and window.

Front facade — full height masonry

Covers the entire front elevation floor to roofline, around any openings.

Epoxy floor coating

Slab thickness

All slabs include a 12" wide × 24" deep footer around the perimeter.

Concrete around building

Select any sides — front, rear and both sides can all be poured.

Step 3 · Roof & drainage

Finish the roof system.

Overhang, ventilation, gutters and panel profile all update the concept.

Step 4 · Openings

Doors, windows & pass-throughs.

Openings create actual wall cutouts and automatically receive conceptual red-iron jamb/header framing.

Place by hand: double-click anywhere on a wall in the 3D view to drop the selected item there. Double-click an existing door or window to drag it; it snaps to 6" and locks to dead centre.

Submittal = client presentation and HOA approval. CAD plan set = dimensioned construction drawings for the build team and PM to bid from.

Final structural member sizes, foundation design, anchorage, bracing and permitting are determined by a licensed engineer using loads specific to your site.
